Best formula and dosage of no-carb electrolytes to take at night

Anonymous says, “Which brand and dosage of
no-carb electrolytes would you take at night to optimize sleep, especially after sauna
use?” I would drink a bottle of Gerolsteiner, and
I would add to it 100 milligrams of any kind of magnesium: citrate, glycinate,
malate, those three are fine. And I would add to it 400 milligrams of potassium
citrate, or bicarbonate if it’s an empty stomach. You say no-carb. Because of the potassium, I personally would
take maybe like a teaspoon of honey with this, and I would take a handful of salt, and by
handful I don’t mean a giant handful, but I mean a lump, like maybe let’s say a half
a teaspoon to a teaspoon of salt with it, providing that—don’t do this if you have
high blood pressure and you either A, know that you’re sodium-sensitive, or B, don’t
know if you’re sodium-sensitive, don’t go overboard on the salt. But if you know you don’t have a problem with
salt and blood pressure, then I would add like a half a teaspoon to a teaspoon of salt
to that mix.

  1. Not quite finished watching ur 4 hrs of carnivore discussions yet and not sure if I missed it but what is ur opinion of the carnivore diet? Useful? Not long term? As good as vegan for treating T2D or CVD? Many thanks for your good work.
