Ah~ In Korea, the raw gizzard is a season in Autumn. Gizzard during this time had lots of meat and very soft because of its fat. It’s delicious with onions too. Even if it has its tiny bones, the fish itself is very soft so there is no trouble eating this one. I love you Jeon eo❤️ Sauce made with: sesame oil, garlic, sesame seeds, Chung yang pepper, Ssam jang. I prepared perilla leaves for those who don’t like the fishy smell of a gizzard! It’s so delicious if you slice perilla leaves thinly and eat it together with a gizzard. Shall we have the whole gizzard? Chojang sauce. It’s so fat that it’s hard to chew at first, but the texture is excellent hehe. Delicious⭐️ This is a fish that is eaten with its bones, so you need to chew enough before swallowing it. The way to eat gizzard deliciously! Wrap gizzard, garlic, pepper, Ssam jang in a sesame leaf! Garlic and pepper have sterilizing ability so it’s a good match with a raw gizzard. This size is just right to eat that it’s not tough or hard to chew. Red pepper. Garlic. I bought about 18~20 of the gizzard and it’s only this amount after I prepared it. I recommend dipping gizzard into a Ssamjang sauce instead of Chojang sauce. Whole gizzard is so delicious. If you are eating fish raw, make sure it’s fresh. The fresher it is you rarely can smell the fish smell. If the fish is not for Sashimi, please don’t eat it raw. I will wrap the rest of the gizzard.
