Arab Rizs – Arabic style rice


Arabic style rice Subscription! Like comment share! Ingredients:
1 cup of rice
double water
1 small onion
1 bay leaf
4 pcs kardamom
4 pcs cloves
1 stick cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1 bit of saffron
1 seasoning chicken cube 1 cup of vermicelli pasta
oil Put oil to a pot and add the small cut onion Meanwhile toast vermicelli pasta, the half quantity of the rice. Toast them brown on low fire. Stir them often. Add the bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, kardamom. Toast for 1-2 minutes Add the washed, dropped rice and stirring it leave to be toasted for an other 5-10 minutes. Add the black pepper, coriander, stew it for few minutes together. The parsley need to be added now. Salt it! The saffron is coming. /I use cube/ Add the chicken soup cube then stir it. Add the toasted pasta to the rice. As you turned through, pour water the quantity of double of the rice. Stir it, cover it! Cook with the water. Then close the fire, leave it covered to be soften in the steam. The rice is nice, does not stick to each other. Pick the big seasoning before serving. Thank you for watching this video!
