Thanks Jean for putting together a great bunch of chicken salad recipes. We’re just heading into Summer now and it’ll be a useful book for me to refer to. I love the way you’ve combined some ingredients that I probably would never have thought of. Salads are probably one of my favorite foods and combining them with some protein makes it a complete meal.
