I think it’s great you offer recipes mixing by hand or wire whisk- I don’t
have a mixer but I love to bske. Your recipes, and cooking methods really

Is the amount of flour required (2 3/4c) sifted flour or is it 2 3/4c
flour, sifted? It will make a big difference. Thanks!

Eugenie I really love scottish shortbread I made it once before but it just
melted into a buttery mess I’m afraid to make this again until I saw this
video. I will give it a try once more.
