Welcome to GTA Arirang Bibimbap (Korean Mixed Rice with Meat and Sauteed and Seasoned Vegetables) You can put anything you’d like into it. and mix with Gochujang ( Red Chili Pepper paste) Before seasoning for spinach, we have to blanch it first. Add salt in the water. Blanch spinach in the boiling water for less than 30 seconds. Using a strainer, rinse the spinach with cold running water and squeez out the excess water. Put blanched spinach in the bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.(You could use salt instead) Add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic. Add some chopped green onion. (If you do not want it, skip it) And then put 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Mix them all together and we are done with seasoned spinach This is the most essential ingredient to make Bibiimbap Before seasoning for soy bean Sprouts, we have to blanch it first
