Hello and Welcome to Swaad Anusaar. Today, we are making a spicy and
delicious ‘Masala Pav’. First, let’s heat our pan. And add 2 tbsp butter. Add a litlle oil. Add 1/2 cup chopped onoin. Roast it until it turns brown. 1/2 cup chopped capsicum. 1/2 cup chopped tomato. Then we add ginger garlic paste. 1 finely chopped green chilly. Mix this well. The vegetables have softened,
let’s mash them. 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala. Salt to taste. If your masala dries up add a few
tbsp of water and make it right. Let’s add 1 tbsp lemon juice. 1 tbsp coriander. Our masala is absolutely ready. Push it to one side of the pan. Let’s toast our bread in the same pan. So the pav absorbs the flavor of the masala. Let it roast for 20-30 seconds
and then flip it. Our bread is toasted let’s add
our masala to it. Don’t add all the masala inside the pav,
add some on top of it too. Our masala pav is ready. Do serve it in your next party and let us
