  9. I used Araroth instead of Maida for making ghol while frying. Is it ok to use Araroth for that purpose, coz I don't want to use too much maida in the dishes.

  12. nice – but as you have said that you can store the left mixture for the next time .
    but how long we can preserve then – either in fridge or freezer?

  13. You can roll them and keep in he fridge for a day or 2…and the mixture will stay in an air tight container for a week or so….

  16. Just made it but haven't fried it yet as its for tomorrows cocktail party .. Just a tip, the content says 2 1/2 cup of milk for the white sauce..I made it and couldn't use it as after boiling for 15 min,it was still a liquid..So reduce the milk for 3/4 or 1 cup and then check the consistency. I also added grated Paneer and tasted the mixture, it came out really good and cheesy. I am sure, after frying, it will melt in the mouth. I think my guests are gonna love this yummy cocktail snack!! I wish I could say Thankyou in person as you always replied to my comments. Love you and RIP aunty!

  19. @ pooja.. you can try to make it in tava.. but the crispiness will differ.. but after you try do let us know how it turned out..
